My Body Butter Melted!!
It is absolutely still ok to use the body butter in the event that it melts on the journey to your location. During the summer months, we take extra precautions to make sure that your butter does not melt in transit. If your butter arrives melted, place jar upright and place jar in a cool area. It will have a different texture but it will re-thicken.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE! ?
We pride ourselves in shipping our products out in a 6-10 day shipping window. Each product is made in small batches and some orders will be made to order. After your order is shipped, a tracking number and shipping notification will be sent to each buyer where each customer will be able to track their order through USPS. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the holiday season shipping with USPS is experiencing longer than normal delivery times. We appreciate your patience through this time.
MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT!
If you didn’t receive a package from USPS and can 100% verify that it is not on your property – even though the tracking information says that it was delivered – you’re going to want to reach out to the post office ASAP. While the USPS provides a customer service hotline that you can contact in the event of missing mail or missing packages (You can reach the USPS Customer Care Center Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8:30 PM and on Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM EST at 1-800-275-8777), the fastest way to get help is to simply call the post office in your town or the closest post office to you physically.
It's very important to be mindful of time. The earlier it can be addressed, the more likely it is that the package can found.

I purchased several of these body scrubs to try out. They smell so nice and leave your skin feeling soft. I was very happy with my purchase and would buy these again!

I love the smell and the texture is really nice! Unfortunately, I don’t think the product worked well on my skin. My skin didn’t feel hydrated or as soft as I hoped. I applied the body oil after which helped with the hydration and the smoothness tho! The product came packaged well as always.
