My Body Butter Melted!!

It is absolutely still ok to use the body butter in the event that it melts on the journey to your location. During the summer months, we take extra precautions to make sure that your butter does not melt in transit. If your butter arrives melted, place jar upright and place jar in a cool area. It will have a different texture but it will re-thicken.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE! ?

We pride ourselves in shipping our products out in a 6-10 day shipping window. Each product is made in small batches and some orders will be made to order. After your order is shipped, a tracking number and shipping notification will be sent to each buyer where each customer will be able to track their order through USPS. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the holiday season shipping with USPS is experiencing longer than normal delivery times. We appreciate your patience through this time.

It's very important to be mindful of time. The earlier it can be addressed, the more likely it is that the package can found.
